Air Sinai 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

As per the Air Sinai cancellation policy, you have 24 hours from the moment the booking was made to cancel your reservation without being charged a cancellation fee if your journey was booked seven days or more prior to the scheduled departure date. To qualify, the full reservation must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. In addition –

How to Cancel Air Sinai Flight?

You may be able to change or cancel the flight online or through phone by providing the following information – booking reference, last name of the passenger, and origin/destination cities.

• Go to flyairsinai.com and navigate to the My Booking section.

• Select the flights that you would like to cancel. Click the ‘Cancel’ button to proceed. 
• Once you have cancelled the flight, you will receive the confirmation email. Upon cancellation confirmation, you’ll receive a new email.

• Passengers can opt to cancel the flight within 24 hours of booking and claim a full refund. The flight must originate from Cairo, Egypt (CAI).
