I have called. Written. Chatted with Frontier for almost 30 days. They have not found my luggage, which I believe never left cleveland oh. If they had regular people working in their baggage ofc. I believe it would have been found within my flight time. I checked in at the ticket agent counter for Frontier. He took my baggage set it along side of him. Charged me for my bag and gave me my flight pass. Apparently he never put a flight tag on it. When I arrived in Nevada, and found my bag was missing, the baggage office clerk, tried to look it up in the computer, but found no information. Then she tried yo call cleveland oh baggage ofc to no avail. I called and left messages, all 6 days I was gone, but got no answer and no responses to my call. Days were wasted. I found when I returned that I was fortunate that there was someone in the baggage ofc at that time. The clerk said they are short of people and it’s sporadic when someone is in there. I guess I was lucky that a flight came in and other people were looking for their baggage for that time. It is awful service when you have no consistent baggage office personnel to serve your customers. Where would the clerk put a bag that he sits along side of him at the frontier ticket counter without a flight tag. Shouldn’t it go to the frontier baggage office. I just don’t understand.
