• This fare is non-refundable.
• The cancellation would be applicable on the unused taxes and airport fees. 
• If the departure flight would be marked as no-show, then the remaining flight segments would be automatically cancelled. 

Loisirs Promo – [Economy]

• The fare is non-refundable and non-changeable. 
• If you are unable to board the outbound flight and marked as no-show, the inbound flights get automatically cancelled. 

Loisirs Malin – [Economy]

• Non-refundable beyond 24 hours of purchase.
• Cancellation is not permitted after no-show.

Loisirs Basic – [Economy]

• Refundable with cancellation to be done before scheduled departure. 
• An applicable cancellation fee per passenger per booking is 200 USD.
• Cancellation is not permitted after a no-show.

Loisirs Flexi – [Economy]

• Refundable fare. A cancellation fee before scheduled departure applies; 250 USD.
• No refund is permitted after the no-show.

Loisirs Flexi Plus – [Economy]

• The airline offers refunds before scheduled departure free of charge on all domestic and international routes.

Comfort Smart – [Premium Economy]

• A cancellation fee of 250 USD would be applied if requested before scheduled departure.
• Cancellation is not permitted after the scheduled departure

Comfort – [Premium Economy]

• Cancellation is not permitted before or after the scheduled departure. 

Austral Promo – [Business]

• Cancellation not permitted before or after the scheduled departure.

Austral Decouverte – [Business]

• Non-refundable fare.
• If you are unable to board the outbound flight and marked as no-show, the inbound flights get automatically cancelled. 

Austral Smart – [Business]

• A cancellation fee of 450 USD would be applied if requested before scheduled departure.
• No refund is permitted after the no-show.

Austral – [Business]

• Refundable fare
• The airline allows cancellation prior to the departure of the first flight, in case of no-show, and after the departure of the first flight. No cancellation fee would be levied. 

Air Austral 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

As per Air Austral cancellation policy, if you book your flight through Air Austral, it is refundable within 24 hours of booking, regardless of the cabin class and the class of service selected. If you change mind – 

• You can cancel the flight by using the link in your booking confirmation email or through the My Booking section. 
• Depending on the card you have used, the ticket amount is charged but reserved, and the reserved amount would be credited back to your card. 
• The service applies to the ticket booked on air-austral.com, Air Austral Mobile App or through the airline’s customer service phone number. 
• You can also request an Air Austral flight change within 24 hours of booking a flight. 

How to Cancel an Air Austral Flight?

Air Austral Refund Policy

As per the Air Austral cancellation policy, depending upon the fare rules or conditions, the airline will refund the full or partial amount of the unused flight portion under the following conditions – 

• The airline shall be entitled to make a refund to the person ticketed in the reservation or the person who paid for the ticket. The party which is making a claim for a refund has to produce proof of the said transaction. 
• If the airline cancels a flight or fails to operate the flight as per the schedule or the flight does not stop at the agreed destination or stopover points or if the irregular airline’s schedule causes the passenger to miss the flight connection, the passengers have the right to obtain a refund. 
• In case no portion of the flight booking was used, and is a refundable fare, the passenger may obtain a refund less any Air Austral cancellation fee and any administrative charges.
• For certain fares, the airline allows a refund after the scheduled departure. 
• The airline may refuse to offer a refund if the request for cancellation is made after the expiry of the validity of the ticket.
