Premium Economy

• The fare is refundable and is subject to cancellation fee. 
• Cancellation must be requested before scheduled departure. Otherwise, the ticket may not be valid for cancellation and the said refund. 

Business

• The fare is refundable. 
• You can cancel and claim a refund before the scheduled departure.
• No refund is provided if the passenger is marked ‘no-show’.

Utair 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Under the guidelines of Utair cancellation policy, you have the option to cancel the reservation and claim the entire ticket value as part of the refund. No cancellation fee will apply. The refund will only be provided – 

• If request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
• The departure date must be 7 days away at the time of cancellation.
• A single booking reference must not contain more than 9 passengers.
• When a passenger has already requested flight changes, then no cancellation would apply in 24 hours.
