    Sun Country Airlines was my choice for my travel, just on the basis that I had read they had very reasonable fees. Later, due to some reasons, I was unable to continue the trip at the predetermined time. So, I made the decision to modify the flight time, which I verified over the phone. However, they just refused to let me do so and offered me a variety of pointless justifications. Later, I made the decision to cancel the flight but with a full refund. I requested to cancel my flight, however they did not reply the same day. I submitted for a refund and requested to have my whole amount back after receiving a confirmation email of the flight’s cancellation after 24 hours, but they refused to do so and made the conversation very complicated. After all of this, I agreed to receive the money back in the hopes that it would be a satisfying refund. Instead, they gave me a very small amount in the name of refund.
