I wish I could give 10 stars. Lufthansa is a terrific airline and should be allowed to operate across the globe. My daughter was traveling to Lufthansa from Dubai to San Francisco via Munich. Flight from Dubai to Munich got delayed by 4 hours due to which our connecting flight was missed.
We went to the Lufthansa change flight counter at the airport and the new flight, as well as the connecting flight, was booked for the next day which means my wife had to stay in Dubai airport for the next hours.
Much to our surprise, Lufthansa not only change our flight for free but arranged a stay at Marriot near the airport area, and also provided the airport transfer for free. My wife was granted a complimentary meal voucher for lunch as well as a free dine-in at Marriott.
After the trip, we have received a travel credit voucher worth 602 USD as compensation for the delayed and canceled flight. Hi I’m Martina, my reference flight number is 40290075843, I’m traveling with my two daughters returning to San Francisco the 10th of august. Unfortunately our landlord of the house give us a notice and we have to leave the house exactly the 10th of august.
