1. Passengers accompanying children and infant- 

• At the time of check-in, the ticket must be associated with the infant or children. Please note that the infants have their own ticket number issued, unless otherwise specified. 
• When you are completing the check-in request for the passenger aged between 2 and 11 years of age, the Silver airways reservation must be associated with the adult travelling on the same ticket. 
• Children under the age of 13 will not be approved for travel unless they are accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or another passenger over the age of 17 on the same trip in the same cabin. At check-in, Silver Airways may request documents confirming the child’s age.
• The Silver Airways online check-in request is only applicable if passengers travelling with infants have an associated booking reference. 

2. Passengers with luggage – 

• If completed the check-in, once arriving at the airport passengers need to go to the baggage drop-off counter to submit their checked luggages. 
• It is not permitted to carry the prohibited items as your carry-on baggage. 
• If there is a connection on your travel, the baggage will be checked in up to the final destination if all the flights are operated by Silver Airways.

3. Legal documents and other restrictions –

• Keep the necessary travel documentation required by the airline’s and airport security officials handy all the time.
• Passenger is solely responsible for the information entered at Silver Airways check-in time, and must remain valid. 
• Silver Airways is not responsible for fines and penalties imposed by the customs and immigration authorities.
•  Passengers who book a flight ticket through frivolous debit/credit cards may have their flight cancelled by the airlines, and no refund can be claimed under any circumstances. 

4. Passengers on flight with layovers – 

• If you have a layover, you need to complete the check-in through the airline website. In such a case, the check-in facility would not be available at the airport or through the kiosk.

Save time with the airline’s electronic check-in options that are available between 24 hours and three hours before the scheduled departure. You can conveniently choose to check-in online, at the airport or through the kiosk.

At the airport you can use the airlines counter to – 

• Complete the flight check-in

• Check-in on the web before you arrive at the airport:
  • Log on to silversirways.com and complete the check-in for your flight.
  • Refer to the number of bags you want to check, and pay any bag costs with a credit card if necessary.
  • Print your boarding pass if you’re using a computer. If you check-in through the mobile app, you can save the mobile boarding pass on your device. 

• Arrive at the airport – Please ensure –
  • That you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure. 
  • Now head towards the terminal and the boarding gate with the Silver Airways check in boarding pass and the bags.
  • Look for the “Touchless Bag kiosk” sign at the domestic terminal.
  • Present your boarding pass to the Silver Airways representative, who will scan it and issue you baggage tags.
  • Proceed to the baggage drop area.
  • You’re all set to proceed at the security checkpoint and further to the boarding gate.
