Before I share my experience, I want to tell you how amazing Latam Airlines is. Since I booked my tickets during the pandemic, I was already uncertain of my plans regarding travelling. I took an RT.PCR test in which I got to know my results were positive. I reached out to the service centre of the airline and told them about my condition, the staffs were so cooperative, I mailed them my report. They were so quick and they did not keep me waiting for long. I was given more than a partial refund and I’m quite content with it.

The flight was from AEP to MIA, with a connection on GRU on 11/11/2022.
Flight AEP to GRU was LA8035 at 6:30PM on time on 11/11/2022
Flight GRU to MIA was LA8190 at 11:05PM on 11/11/2022 and was cancelled.
New flight offered for the company was 12 hours after, with no food or hotel offered and all instructions in Portuguese, no one would speak English. New flight number was LA9456 on 11/12/2022 at 10:15AM.
